To register multiple attendees at the same time (up to 3 attendees for the individual rates, 4 or more for group rates), select the applicable registration type and fill out the first attendee's information on the following screen. Then click "add guest" at the bottom to add additional attendees. Fill in that person's details, then click "done" to return to the previous screen and repeat the process.
If you aren't already a member, but want to take advantage of our members-only rates, you can purchase a membership during the registration process.
Terms and conditions:
- To qualify for the early bird and members-only rates (either individual or group), all registrants must be members, or purchase a membership during the registration process. If you are not a member and do not add on a membership during the registration process, you will be billed for the non-member rate.
- To qualify for group rates, you must register a minimum of 4 people. If you select a group rate and do not register at least 4 people, you will be billed for the full registration price at that level (early bird, members, or non-members) for each registrant.
- Cancellations may be made until February 16th, 2018. Any cancellations made after that date will not be refunded.
- Registrations may also be transferred to a colleague until March 2, 2018. Registrations cannot be transferred after that date, and will not be refunded.
